We are true to our work and our words

We think of ourselves as Client Representatives first and Contractors second. Our process involves reverse engineering projects such that before project initiation 1) budget, 2) time-constraints, 3) product specifications, and 4) scheduling are defined and agreed upon. Using these inputs, we design the most effective construction management plan, and then execute with maximum precision.
Give us any simple image, CAD schematic design, or BIM for interior design, and we can deliver the final built product. After a thorough constructability review, and agreement on terms and conditions, the project can be commissioned. Conflicts often arise between architects and contractors, when contractors themselves ‘value engineer’ by substituting to inferior products resulting in a sub-par final product, this ultimately tarnishes the Architect’s reputation as he or she is the one tasked with design aspect. Way More’s digitized, secured ledger allows approved parties to verify that procurement has been done according to agreed-upon material-specifications.

We have a wide network of interior designers and architects who we have collaborated with in the past. We can offer a design-build project delivery method, which makes Way More the single point of contact for the client. In this scenario Way More is liable for both design and construction. This approach streamlines the entire process and saves both time and costs.
